Other Deliverables

The base intial tasks were completed within three months. Afterwards, to utilize my knowledge in my functions to support the board of directors, I completed:
- Analysis of the Investment business
- Drafting of Management Reporting proposal to streamline the Investment and Corporate Tax Consolidation activities
- Assisting the panels recruiting and awarding suppliers bidding for worldwide ERP (Oracle/ SAP) implementation for the core Insurance business line
Final note on this rather short term assignment is that after six months, the job is becoming not challenging enough since I completed the project plan way too advance and that it would not be to anyone benefits to find non-existing challenges on a weekly basis. Also, for personal reasons, I would prefer to be based in Vienna rather than commuting to Zurich every week. Therefore, after a thorough discussion with the board of directors we cordially parted in June 2016.
